Missing Piece

$200.00

Acrylic, sand, and mixed media on 12x12 canvas

Artist’s statement:

“Working a puzzle with missing pieces is like playing a game of cards without a full deck.

This ‘piece’ is about that missing ‘piece.’ Progress, success, or completion can be thwarted by unforeseen circumstances. Life can sometimes feel that way.

Just when everything seems to be falling into place and going well, something happens to throw a wrench in our plans, leaving us to feel incomplete, confused, desperate, frustrated, or even lost.

Finding that missing piece changes everything! Like breaking a stalemate or the sun coming out after the rain—when we can clearly see the path to victory, the reward will be worth the effort.”
